The Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) is doubling down on Clark’s rise as a premier investment and logistics hub, backed by strong locator activity, billion-peso commitments, and a slate of big-ticket infrastructure projects gaining traction toward 2026.
CIAC now manages 66 active lease agreements covering 48 locators across the Clark aviation complex. These companies operate in industrial, commercial, mixed-use, warehousing, and manufacturing segments, highlighting Clark’s growing appeal as a diversified business location. So far this year, CIAC has secured more than P1.192 billion in investment commitments.
Most locators are already fully operational, while others are building, expanding, or upgrading facilities. In total, these firms employ over 3,773 workers, with 795 new jobs generated in 2025 alone. Major locators include Global Gateway Development Corporation, Luenthai, and Nanox Philippines.

“Investor confidence remains strong as Clark continues to evolve into a prime destination for long-term ventures,” CIAC president and chief executive officer Jojit Alcazar said.
CIAC is also pushing ahead with four flagship projects under the Clark Aviation Capital slated for major progress by 2026: the Clark National Food Hub, Clark World Convention and Events Hub, road networks and utility corridors supporting Clark International Airport, and the Clark Pharma Hub.
A lease agreement with Food Terminal Inc. for the Clark National Food Hub is set to be finalized within the month, clearing the way for construction to start in 2026. CIAC is also reviewing a proposal for the World Convention and Events Hub, with negotiations targeted for completion by the first quarter of 2026.
On the infrastructure front, detailed designs for roads and utility corridors within the Clark Civil Aviation Complex are due for completion this month.
Construction begins next year, with two key projects—the World Convention and Events Hub access roads and the CRK–CM Recto Access Road—scheduled to break ground in 2026.
CIAC is likewise finalizing plans with Philippine Pharma Procurement Inc. for the Clark Pharma Hub, envisioned as a pharmaceutical logistics and distribution center.
All four projects are part of the Marcos administration’s Build Better More program, reinforcing their national significance. Backed by ISO certifications and an ARTA Gold Award for red tape reduction, CIAC is sharpening Clark’s edge as an investor-ready aviation capital.
