Security Bank employees fund the scholarship of 41 students

Security Bank employees raised funds to support 41 scholars under the Regalo Mo, Kinabukasan Ko (RMKK) scholarship program during the bank’s year-end activities in 2025.

The employee-led initiatives, organized with the Learning and Engagement Division, generated donations for Security Bank Foundation, Inc. (SBFI). The funds will help cover the education of agency personnel such as security guards, janitors, messengers, and drivers, as well as their children, for School Year 2025–2026.

Employees also supported the Adopt a Scholar campaign by donating cash, employee reward points, and credit card rewards points. Through these combined efforts, all 41 RMKK scholars were successfully adopted.

SBFI chairman Rafael Simpao Jr. said the initiative shows how collective generosity can help change lives and support scholars in reaching their goals.

The impact was felt during the Christmas season, as scholars sent letters thanking their sponsors and promising to continue their studies. One scholar’s mother, a bank security guard, personally visited the office to express her gratitude for the opportunity given to her daughter.

Security Bank and SBFI said they will continue working together to support education and help uplift the communities they serve.
