Canon Marketing (Philippines) Inc., the local distributor of Canon products, has appointed Rochelle Plata as its new assistant director and chief financial officer (CFO), succeeding Rosalia Baldorado, who recently retired.
Plata will lead the company’s finance and accounting division, focusing on improving financial planning, analytics, governance, compliance, and building an efficient finance team to support sustainable growth.
With 22 years of experience in finance and accounting—including 17 years at Canon—Plata has managed budgeting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and other finance functions. She brings strong expertise in corporate governance, internal controls, and operational excellence.
“I look forward to enhancing financial planning and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and building a high-performing finance organization that drives sustainable growth,” Plata said.
