Chito B. Salazar, president and COO of Phinma Corp. and CEO of Phinma Education, has been inducted into the Education Leaders Forum Fellowship 2026, the only Filipino recognized this year.
The lifetime achievement honor, conferred in London, acknowledges Salazar’s decades-long work improving access to quality education in the Philippines and Indonesia, benefiting over 170,000 underserved youth.
Salazar’s leadership at Phinma, which operates Southeast Asia’s largest private higher education network, has pioneered affordable, high-quality programs that help students succeed academically and professionally.
