Pueblo de Oro Development Corp., the residential arm of the ICCP Group, is marking its 30th anniversary with a renewed focus on supporting Cagayan de Oro’s role as a key growth center in the Mindanao corridor.
Founded in 1995, the company’s 400-hectare township in Uptown CDO has grown into a major residential and commercial hub and remains a benchmark for master-planned communities in Northern Mindanao.
To meet rising demand, Pueblo de Oro has expanded into mixed-use developments, including the 31-hectare Southridge township along the Laguindingan–PDO Diversion Road, a strategic link to the airport and industrial areas. The company has also announced upcoming projects such as Masterson Mile North and Westwoods Storeys to address the city’s growing housing needs.
Sustainability is central to its developments, highlighted by the 40-hectare Urban Rainforest Park, the use of solar power in key facilities, and water recycling systems across its townships.
Pueblo de Oro’s projects generate jobs and support CDO’s position as an economic driver in Northern Mindanao. Under the Philippine Development Plan 2023–2028, Cagayan de Oro is projected to become the country’s fourth metropolitan area. The city leads the region in per capita GDP and ranked 7th overall in the 2023 Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index.
As it enters its fourth decade, Pueblo de Oro said it will continue building communities that support inclusive growth and strengthen Cagayan de Oro’s role in the Mindanao growth corridor.
