Bell Textron Inc. has appointed INAEC Aviation Corporation as its approved maintenance center (AMC) in the Philippines for the Bell 429 helicopter.
INAEC has more than 30 years of experience in helicopter operations and maintenance and has worked with Bell helicopters since 1993. The company initially supported missions using the Bell 206 JetRanger, including aerial news coverage and offshore transport for oil and gas operations. In 2015, INAEC expanded its capabilities to include the Bell 429 and has since provided maintenance services to private and general aviation operators across the country.
The appointment was confirmed in December 2025 after INAEC completed Bell’s qualification and review process.
Bell said the move reflects the importance of the Philippine market and the need for strong local maintenance support for operators. INAEC said the designation recognizes the country’s technical skills and positions the company to provide reliable, high-standard maintenance for Bell 429 helicopters nationwide.
With this appointment, INAEC becomes the seventh Bell 429 Approved Maintenance Center in the Asia-Pacific region. Bell currently supports more than 1,600 helicopters across Asia, including about 70 in the Philippines, of which 15 are Bell 429 aircraft.
