Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) highlighted investment opportunities at Clark Aviation Capital during the Singapore Airshow 2026, one of Asia’s largest aerospace events. The event brought together global aviation leaders, government officials, and corporate executives to showcase industry innovations.
At the Philippine Pavilion, CIAC joined the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), the Department of Transportation, and private partners LIPAD and Bertaphil. CIAC president and CEO Jojit Alcazar said the participation aimed to attract investments in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) and other aerospace sectors.
Meetings with international aviation firms opened opportunities for partnerships, especially in helicopter maintenance and specialized MRO services. “CIAC’s participation strengthened our investment ties and highlighted Clark’s readiness to support global aerospace demands,” Alcazar said.
The event also provided CIAC officials with insights on global aviation practices, safety standards, technology adoption, and workforce development—knowledge that will guide Clark Aviation Capital’s growth as a competitive Asia-Pacific hub.
Clark already hosts major MRO providers like SIA Engineering and Metrojet Engineering, reinforcing its growing aerospace reputation. According to the 2024 Philippine Aerospace Industry Roadmap, the country’s aerospace sector is expected to be one of the region’s fastest-growing. CIAC aims to transform Clark Aviation Capital into a leading business, logistics, and aviation center.
Alcazar noted that these efforts support the government’s push under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to attract foreign investment and strengthen trade relations. As BCDA’s premier land and aviation development arm, CIAC continues to develop Clark as a full-fledged aerotropolis, combining industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and aviation-driven growth.
