World Trade Center Metro Manila (WTCMM) has been honored with the ASEAN MICE Venue Award in the Exhibition Venue Category at the 2026 ASEAN Tourism Standards Awards. The accolade was presented during the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2026 at Nustar Resort, Cebu.
The award recognizes venues that meet the highest standards for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE). WTCMM was praised for its capacity to host large-scale exhibitions, robust safety and security measures, and eco-friendly features such as LED lighting and energy recovery ventilators.
Pamela D. Pascual, WTCMM’s chairman and CEO, said the award “affirms our ability to support large-scale exhibitions while delivering a safe, high-quality experience for local and global events.”
This marks the third consecutive recognition for WTCMM, highlighting its consistent commitment to world-class, sustainable facilities that serve both local and international markets. The 2026 awards featured 27 tourism-related establishments, reflecting the Philippines’ growing reputation as a hub for MICE in ASEAN.
For WTCMM, the award is more than a trophy—it signals corporate credibility, international recognition, and the ability to attract high-profile events, strengthening its role in the regional tourism and business landscape.
With over 26 years of experience in exhibitions and trade shows, WTCMM is the first Philippine venue recognized by the global exhibition association UFI and the only one managed by an ISO-certified company. It is accredited by the Department of Tourism and the Tourism Promotions Board and is a member of leading local tourism and MICE organizations.
