Jollibee Foods Corp. capped 2025 with record preliminary systemwide sales and its most aggressive store expansion yet, reinforcing its vision to evolve from a Philippine fast food leader into a global multi-brand powerhouse.
Unaudited figures show fourth quarter systemwide sales rising 12 percent year on year to an all-time high of P122.3 billion, the strongest fourth quarter performance in the company’s history. For full year 2025, systemwide sales surged 16.6 percent, exceeding its previously communicated growth framework.
At home, the flagship Jollibee brand, including Chickenjoy, Jolly Spaghetti and burgers, remained the backbone of the business. It was supported by Mang Inasal’s grilled chicken offerings and Chowking’s Chinese-inspired fare. The Philippine segment posted 9.7 percent systemwide sales growth in the fourth quarter, with same store sales up 5 percent, signaling resilient consumer demand despite a high base.
Internationally, growth was even faster. Systemwide sales climbed 15 percent in the quarter, powered by strong performances across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, along with fast growing coffee concepts and North American operations.
Highlands Coffee, Vietnam’s leading coffee chain known for its robust brews and café culture, continued its rapid expansion toward the 1,000 store mark. Compose Coffee added further scale in Asia’s competitive café market. In China, Yonghe King accelerated expansion through its capital efficient Super Value format. Jollibee North America surpassed USD500 million in systemwide sales, buoyed by growing mainstream appeal beyond the Filipino diaspora and a loyalty app that has crossed one million users.
Dim sum chain Tim Ho Wan, fully consolidated in 2025, expanded systemwide sales more than sixfold to about P8.1 billion as global operations were folded into the group. Its entry into North America, including a company operated store in California, underscored confidence in the brand’s international runway.
The Philippines’ largest fast-food company plans to spin off its international operations and list it abroad.
Jollibee said 2025 marked its highest level of gross store openings on record, reflecting disciplined but assertive global scaling. For 2026, the company plans to sustain momentum through franchise led expansion, digital engagement and continued investment in scalable food and beverage brands.
