Globe Business launches AI-powered cloud contact center for enterprises

Globe Business has introduced the Globe Omnichannel Cloud Contact Center (GOCCC), a new AI-powered platform developed in partnership with Call Center Studio. The launch was announced during Globe’s first-quarter Blueprint media briefing and signals the company’s push to provide more advanced digital tools to local businesses.

GOCCC is a cloud-based contact center platform designed to help companies manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, chat, and social media. It aims to make artificial intelligence (AI) and omnichannel customer engagement more accessible to businesses in the Philippines.

The new platform targets organizations of all sizes — from small and medium enterprises to large companies in industries such as IT-BPM, financial services, healthcare, and retail. Many businesses still rely on traditional, on-premise contact center systems that can be costly and difficult to scale. GOCCC offers a more flexible alternative by removing the need for heavy infrastructure and allowing teams to operate remotely or in hybrid setups.

KD Dizon, vice president and head of Globe Business, said the platform moves beyond basic connectivity to give companies modern tools that are now essential in a service-driven economy. He noted that AI and omnichannel features should no longer be seen as premium add-ons, but as standard capabilities for businesses aiming to stay competitive.

GOCCC operates on a subscription-based model, allowing companies to scale services according to their needs and budget. Deployment can be completed in days instead of weeks, making it easier for organizations to adopt advanced customer experience tools quickly.

Cenk Soyak, CEO and co-founder of Call Center Studio, said the partnership combines global technology expertise with Globe’s local network strength, helping make AI-driven customer experience solutions more attainable for Philippine businesses.

In addition to the platform itself, customers will have access to Globe’s enterprise-grade service-level agreements, secure infrastructure, and dedicated support. The companies say this provides a reliable foundation for businesses transitioning from legacy systems to more agile, cloud-based operations.

Industry observers note that the launch reflects a broader shift in the Philippine market toward scalable, cloud-first solutions that can support the country’s growing digital economy.
