The Ayala Group has opened applications for the 2026 Ayala Group Summer Internship Program (AGSIP), starting February 27.
The six-week program will run from June 19 to July 24. It offers students hands-on experience by involving them in real projects across the Ayala Group’s businesses.
Now in its second decade, AGSIP aims to prepare students for the workplace by exposing them to different parts of the company’s operations, from planning to execution. Interns will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, join workshops, and interact with senior leaders.
Francisco Romero Milán, corporate resources group head and chief human resources officer of Ayala Corporation, said the program is one of the group’s key investments in developing future talent. He said AGSIP goes beyond a typical internship by helping students discover their purpose, clarify their values, and apply their skills in real-world settings.
He added that direct engagement with Ayala leaders gives interns valuable insights and guidance as they shape their career goals.
The new batch of interns will be formally introduced during a group-wide onboarding event in June.
More details about the program and the application process are available through the Ayala Group’s official channels.
