Century Properties Group announced Monday the launch of a new residential development in General Trias, Cavite, expected to generate about P6.6 billion in sales.
The project, called Phirst Impressions Gen Tri, will rise on 23.8 hectares in Barangay Biclatan and will feature more than 1,500 housing units. It follows the earlier development of Phirst Park Homes Gen Tri in the same area.
According to Ricky M. Celis, president of Phirst Park Homes Inc., the new project aims to offer a higher-quality yet affordable housing option in the growing residential market of South Luzon.
The development introduces upgraded versions of its Calista housing models. Both units keep a 40-square-meter floor area but now sit on larger lots.
• Calista End: 40 sq.m. floor area on a typical 90 sq.m. lot, starting at P3.8 million
• Calista Mid: 40 sq.m. floor area on a typical 60 sq.m. lot, starting at P2.9 million
Previously, these models were built on smaller lots, with the upgrade increasing lot sizes by about 42 percent.
The company said the larger lots will give homeowners more space for gardens, play areas, parking, or future home expansion, while still targeting first-time homebuyers.
