A planned road project connecting the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Sta. Ines exitto the Mabalacat–Atlu Bola Bypass Road is expected to improve travel and reduce traffic congestion in the fast-growing city of Mabalacat City, according to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
The project was approved after a meeting in January between Vince Dizon, secretary of DPWH, and Gerald Guttrie “Geld” Aquino, mayor of Mabalacat City. Once built, the new road will provide an additional route linking the city more directly to major highways.
For residents and prospective buyers at Symphony Homes Mabalacat, the road could make daily travel easier. Direct access to NLEX is expected to shorten travel times and offer a more convenient route for people commuting to work, school, and nearby cities.
Better connectivity can also make everyday activities simpler, such as school drop-offs, running errands, or weekend trips around Pampanga and Metro Manila.
Mabalacat has been seeing new housing developments and infrastructure projects as the region continues to expand. Communities like Symphony Homes are located near commercial centers and services, making them attractive to families looking for homes outside Metro Manila.
With the new NLEX link planned, the area is expected to become even more accessible, which could help support property values and make the community more appealing to future home buyers.
