Converge posts ₱11.9B net income in 2025

Fiber internet provider Converge Information and Communications Technology Solutions, Inc. on Friday reported strong financial results for 2025, with consolidated revenues reaching ₱44.8 billion, up 10.2 percent from the previous year.

The company said growth was driven mainly by its residential business, which generated ₱37.3 billion in revenue, an 8.4 percent increase. Its enterprise segment also expanded rapidly, rising 20.3 percent year-on-year. Converge ended the year with nearly 3 million residential subscribers and posted a net income of ₱11.9 billion, with a net income margin of 26.5 percent.

Operational performance remained strong, with the company reporting an EBITDA margin of 60.4 percent and a return on invested capital of 17.7 percent.

In addition, the Department of Information and Communications Technology recognized Converge as the country’s National Broadband Leader for 2025. Under the agency’s signal monitoring program, the company recorded average speeds of 193.61 Mbps in Metro Manila and latency of 10.67 milliseconds.

Converge also received a Five Golden Arrow rating under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard for its corporate governance standards.

For 2026, the company expects revenue growth of 8 percent to 10 percent. It plans to spend between ₱18 billion and ₱23 billion in capital expenditures to expand its network by about 900,000 ports, focusing on underserved areas in Visayas and Mindanao.
