The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) received two Bronze Stevie® Awards at the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, which recognize innovation and organizational excellence across the region. The awards will be presented on April 17, 2026, in Macao.
The BSP was recognized for two initiatives. Its “Check-Protect-Report” (CPR) campaign won under Innovation in Community Relations/Public Service Communications. The campaign shares weekly reminders encouraging the public to verify messages and senders, protect personal information, and report suspicious financial transactions to banks and other institutions.
Meanwhile, the “Meaning in a Minute” (MIM) video series won under Innovation in Short-Form Video Series. The project features short, easy-to-understand videos that explain key central banking topics such as monetary policy, financial stability, and digitalization. The videos are released monthly in several local languages, including Filipino, Ilocano, Bicolano, and Cebuano.
Winners were selected based on scores from international judges after a competitive evaluation process.
