Shopee is expanding its Tatak Pinoy MSME Roadshow across more provinces in the Visayas and Mindanao, scaling up a nationwide push to deliver digital skills training to underserved entrepreneurs.
The company said the initiative aims to bring e-commerce education beyond Metro Manila, where access to digital tools and training remains uneven. The expanded program is expected to reach hundreds of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), helping them establish and grow their online presence.
The Tatak Pinoy curriculum is designed to support sellers at every stage of their digital journey—from setting up online storefronts and securing business registration to managing orders and logistics within Shopee’s platform ecosystem.
“Across the Philippines, we’re seeing more entrepreneurs recognize the potential of e-commerce to grow their businesses,” said Jack Ng, head of Commercial at Shopee Philippines. “With Tatak Pinoy, we aim to meet MSMEs where they are, particularly in regions with limited access to digital training resources.”
Ng added that the Visayas and Mindanao expansion is intended to unlock the untapped potential of regional enterprises and equip them with the tools needed to compete in the digital marketplace.
Launched in August last year, the roadshow recently held a stop in Bacolod City as part of its Visayas run.
Shopee said it trained more than 700 MSME sellers across 10 cities in 2025, highlighting rising demand for digital entrepreneurship support nationwide.
