Eastern Communications said Thursday its services remain fully operational with no expected disruptions despite ongoing tensions in the Middle East.
The company activated its Business Continuity Management Plan to ensure stable operations under any situation. It emphasized that maintaining reliable connectivity for businesses and communities remains its top priority.
Officials said the firm’s network is designed to handle disruptions. Its system uses multiple international cable routes and independent core nodes, allowing traffic to be automatically redirected if problems occur in specific areas.
Eastern Communications also highlighted its power readiness. Facilities are equipped with backup systems such as uninterruptible power supply units and generators, along with secured fuel reserves to sustain operations during power issues.
The company added that it continues to monitor its network closely and coordinate with global partners to identify risks early.
With these measures in place, Eastern Communications said it is confident it can deliver stable and reliable connectivity across the Philippines despite global uncertainties.
