BSB Junrose Corp. is expanding the availability of Brembo motorcycle brake components in the Philippines, tapping rising demand for premium safety and performance upgrades in the fast-growing motorcycle segment.
The company said braking performance remains one of the most critical safety factors for riders, with stopping power and control heavily dependent on high-quality components. While Brembo systems are widely used in high-performance European motorcycles, consistent access in the local aftermarket has been limited.
At the Makina Moto Expo 2026 held at the SMX Convention Center on April 10, BSB Junrose president Ian Bangayan said demand for upgraded braking systems continues to strengthen as Filipino riders become more safety- and performance-conscious.
“The demand for high-quality motorcycle braking components in the Philippines continues to grow,” Bangayan said, noting that proper system matching—including brake fluids and related parts—is essential to ensure safe and reliable performance.
As the official Brembo partner in the country, BSB Junrose said it is working to improve supply consistency and broaden access to premium braking solutions, particularly for riders upgrading from stock components. The company added that while Brembo upgrades were traditionally concentrated in the automotive segment, motorcycle adoption has been steadily increasing.
The firm expects wider availability to translate into safer riding conditions, as more users shift toward higher-spec braking systems that offer better control and durability under Philippine road conditions.
Beyond Brembo, the company also showcased complementary automotive and motorcycle products at the expo, including lubricants from Liqui Moly and components such as bearings, horns, and spark plugs from its partner brands.
Industry observers note that the expansion of premium aftermarket offerings reflects a broader trend in the Philippine motorcycle market, where rising ownership and daily commuting demand are pushing both safety awareness and demand for higher-quality parts.
