Chinabank unifies digital platforms with launch of ‘My CBC Online’

Chinabank has launched My CBC Online, a revamped browser-based banking platform designed to mirror the features and user experience of its recently upgraded mobile app, as part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy.

The move consolidates Chinabank’s digital channels under a unified brand and user interface, delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile phone. The new platform replaces the legacy Chinabank Online, which will be phased out in due course.

“This move marks another milestone in our digital transformation journey and underscores our commitment to delivering great experience for our customers however they choose to bank with us,” said Dr. Delfin Jay M. Sabido IX, Chinabank chief innovation and transformation officer.

My CBC Online enables users to perform a wide range of banking transactions, from viewing balances and eStatements to paying bills to over 1,000 billers with no transaction fees. Transfers to Chinabank accounts remain free, while interbank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are priced at just ₱10 and ₱20 respectively—among the lowest in the market.

The platform also includes security-focused features like account visibility controls and a cash pickup option for unbanked recipients through Chinabank branches and partner outlets.

By aligning its digital services across devices without requiring software downloads, Chinabank is positioning itself more competitively in the digital banking space, targeting increased customer engagement and operational efficiency. The browser-based platform is available at digital.chinabank.ph/web.
