    Security Bank wins Best Customer Loyalty Program Award

    Security Bank’s BetterBanking Rewards Program was named Best Customer Loyalty Program at the International Finance Awards 2025, underscoring the bank’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

    The award, announced by UK-based International Finance magazine, recognizes institutions that exemplify excellence and strategic vision in the financial sector. Security Bank’s win places it among global leaders championing customer-centric solutions and sustainable practices.

    Launched in July 2024, BetterBanking Rewards has demonstrated strong performance with a 46% increase in redemptions, highlighting the program’s resonance with users. The platform enables customers to redeem, view, and manage rewards in real time, while also promoting environmental responsibility through paperless transactions and non-material redemptions like eVouchers.

    Beyond consumer convenience, the program reflects corporate social responsibility. Customers can donate rewards to partners such as Philippine Red Cross, World Vision, Security Bank Foundation, and Bantay Bata, supporting disaster relief, education, and child welfare. The program’s automated system further enhances operational efficiency and aligns with the bank’s sustainability goals.
