GoTyme Bank has reached key performance milestones, now serving 6.5 million users and managing over ₱30 billion in customer deposits, positioning itself among the country’s top digital banking players.
In its Q2 2025 update, GoTyme announced strong growth in both usage and trust. CEO Nate Clarke noted that customers spent ₱10.5 billion using GoTyme Bank cards in the past three months, with transactions spanning over 100 countries — a sign of increasing global adoption. The bank ranks among the top 4 in monthly active app users and top 5 in InstaPay sends, placing it in the same league as major traditional banks.
To support its growing base, GoTyme has strengthened security, adding mandatory biometric authentication and enhanced fraud detection to protect depositors. The ₱30B deposit figure reflects customer confidence in the bank’s reliability and user-friendly experience.
On the physical front, GoTyme is scaling aggressively, announcing plans to place kiosks in every SM Store nationwide by Q3 2025. With over 70 new kiosks, co-CEO Albert Tinio emphasized the strategy as a push toward nationwide accessibility, allowing customers to open accounts and get a free Visa debit card in minutes.
Beyond retail banking, GoTyme is expanding its footprint in both sports and entrepreneurship. As the official bank of the Philippine Football Federation, it supports both national teams, aiming to promote national pride. For SMEs, GoTyme is offering credit lines of up to ₱3 million via partnerships with Paymongo and foodpanda.
