Converge rebrands to signal full techco transformation

Converge ICT Solutions Inc., one of the Philippines’ top broadband providers, has aopted a refreshed brand identity, underscoring its strategic evolution from a traditional telecommunications firm into a forward-looking technology company.

The rebranding, revealed during the company’s mid-year townhall event, is a milestone in Converge’s journey toward becoming a digital-first enterprise focused on delivering intelligent, human-centric solutions. “We’re at an inflection point,” said Converge president and co-founder Maria Grace Uy. “This refreshed identity reflects our momentum in transforming from fiber to the future.”

The new logo—featuring three dynamic, upward-moving swooshes forming the letter “C”—represents Converge’s core pillars: connectivity, intelligence, and experience. CEO Dennis Anthony Uy described it as “a visual representation of how we’re leaping into the future—together with our customers, partners, and communities.”

Accompanied by a more agile and modern typeface in a deeper teal hue, the refreshed identity will extend across Converge’s portfolio, including FiberX, BIDA, and Surf2Sawa. More than a visual overhaul, the company has also revised its Vision, Mission, and Values, now emphasizing innovation, inclusivity, and digital empowerment.

As part of this strategic shift, Converge announced key leadership changes effective 1 July. Benjamin Rex Emilio B. Azada steps in as COO, while Laurice Esteban-Tuason and Christine Renee Blabagno take on expanded roles in sustainability, compliance, and risk management.

The transformation affirms Converge’s broader ambition “to power the digital journeys of tomorrow” and aligns with its goal of becoming the country’s foremost technology enabler.
