Concrete Stone Corp. (CSC) and Jiangxi GETO New Materials Corporation Limited (GETO) have announced a P1.36-billion investment to construct a state-of-the-art formworks manufacturing facility in Mariveles, Bataan. The development will cover a 40,000-square-meter industrial site and include a warehouse and production plant.
The project will be implemented through two newly formed entities: CSC-GETO Realty Corp. (CGRC), which will manage the industrial property, and GETO-CSC Formworks, Inc. (GCFI), which will handle plant operations.
The facility will produce advanced formworks systems to meet rising demand in the Philippine construction and infrastructure sectors. GETO brings in global technology and manufacturing expertise, while CSC provides land, local leadership, and support from Asiabest Group International, Inc. (ABG), which is set to acquire CSC by 2Q 2026.
“This is a transformative project that will boost local employment and support national housing goals,” said CSC chairman Francis Lloyd Chua. GETO International general manager Lian Jie noted the plant’s potential to serve as a regional hub for the ASEAN market.
The Memorandum of Agreement was signed on 12 August 2025, witnessed by Secretary Frederick Go, Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs. The facility is expected to generate local jobs, facilitate technology transfer, and strengthen supply chains while advancing the government’s infrastructure and housing agenda.
