    Globe accelerates store reopenings

Globe Telecom Inc. is ramping up the reopening and expansion of its physical stores across key locations in the country, aiming to enhance face-to-face interaction with customers who prefer in-person service.

While remaining a digital-first company, Globe said it continues to invest in on-ground support through an omnichannel approach that blends technology with personalized assistance. “Our true North Star is the customer,” said Globe president and CEO Carl Cruz, emphasizing the company’s commitment to be present both online and offline.

Globe reopened its redesigned store in Robinsons Manila, now offering tailored services ranging from device upgrades to lifestyle-focused mobile and broadband solutions.

In regional areas, the telco is growing its footprint through agile store formats like the Globe Microshop in Boracay and TM Tindahan in Vigan—both integrated within sari-sari stores to bring services closer to communities.

The latest TM Tindahan was launched in Sorsogon City, offering AMAX retailer SIMs, 5G-ready devices, broadband plans, GCash cash-ins, and more. The store also serves as a testing ground for localized offers suited to the Sorsogon market.

In the Visayas, Globe recently introduced a pop-up store in Bohol, designed to deliver next-generation digital services and in-person customer support.

“These initiatives are about more than just service delivery,” Cruz said. “They are about building stronger relationships and staying relevant in the daily lives of Filipinos—one personalized interaction at a time.”
