Manila Water is promoting water conservation with Lakbayan, its educational tour program that shows how water is treated, distributed, and managed.
In 2025, 65 tours welcomed 2,151 participants from schools, government agencies, and private organizations. The program gives visitors a first-hand look at the water cycle and encourages responsible water use.
“Lakbayan lets us share the science and care behind every drop and inspire meaningful action,” said Jeric Sevilla, Corporate Communication Affairs Group Director. Through the tours, Manila Water aims to empower communities to become champions of sustainability.
