Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI) expects to generate about P7 billion in sales from Villa Scala, a new upscale residential village planned within its 116-hectare Nascala Coast township in Nasugbu, Batangas.
The company said Villa Scala, its first residential development in Nascala Coast, will be developed starting next year and is targeted for completion by 2032. The 18-hectare village will have 217 residential lots ranging from 407 to 1,081 square meters, all designed to offer views of Nasugbu Bay, the West Philippine Sea, and nearby mountain ranges.
Villa Scala will feature wide roads, underground utility cabling, and landscaped open spaces, with about 40 percent of the area dedicated to parks and greenery. A cliffside clubhouse near the beach will offer amenities such as an infinity pool, fitness center, function rooms, and open courtyards with scenic views. Future residents are also expected to have access to a nearby marina for yachting and other marine activities.
GERI said Nascala Coast is about 2.5 hours from Metro Manila and an hour from Tagaytay, accessible via major highways. Connectivity is expected to improve further once the Cavite-Batangas Expressway is completed. The township is being positioned as a major tourism and leisure destination, combining residential areas with commercial hubs, leisure facilities, and mixed-use centers.
