ACMobility launches digital EV fleet platform

ACMobility, the Ayala Group’s end-to-end mobility provider, has launched ChargeFleet, a digital fleet management platform aimed at removing operational barriers that have slowed electric vehicle adoption in the Philippines.

The rollout comes as corporations, logistics providers and transport groups ramp up electrification targets but face persistent back end challenges. Industry players cite fragmented payment channels, delayed reimbursements and limited oversight of charging expenses as key friction points in scaling EV fleets.

ChargeFleet introduces a centralized, prepaid digital wallet that allows fleet managers to purchase charging credits online and allocate them across multiple drivers. Credits can be paid via GCash or credit card, then distributed through partner application Evro.

The system provides real time monitoring of charging sessions and spending, giving companies tighter financial control and clearer usage data.

ACMobility said the platform addresses a critical gap in the market for enterprise grade charging management tools, positioning the company beyond infrastructure buildout and into integrated services.

The firm added that further enhancements are in development, including mobile charging services under Power on Wheels, which are intended to support fleet uptime and operational continuity.

As charging stations continue to expand nationwide, digital systems that streamline payments and data tracking are increasingly seen as essential to mass adoption. By formalizing fleet charging management, ACMobility is seeking to support larger EV deployments and accelerate the country’s broader transition to electric mobility.
