Hann Philippines bets big in education

Hann Philippines, Inc. is set to make a major mark on New Clark City’s growing landscape, announcing plans to build a world-class international school within its Hann Reserve development.

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCD) and Hann Philippines formalized an agreement allocating 10 hectares for the school, which is expected to rival premier institutions in Bonifacio Global City, such as the British School Manila.

“This marks yet another significant milestone for New Clark City,” said BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang. “Education is the bedrock of nation-building, and the impact this project will have on our economic development is truly beyond words.”

Hann Philippines, known for its luxury resorts, mixed-use developments, and high-end hotels in Clark, has steadily attracted foreign investors, elevating the region’s profile as a major business hub. The addition of a top-tier international school is a strategic move to bolster New Clark City as a premier destination for global professionals, expatriate families, and long-term investors.

The signing ceremony, led by Hann Philippines Chairman and CEO Dae Sik Han, was attended by BCDA officials and senior executives from both organizations. The project signals Hann’s continued commitment to creating an integrated, lifestyle-focused community where education, work, and leisure converge seamlessly.

The school could serve as a catalyst for further investment in residential and commercial projects, reinforcing New Clark City’s ambitions to become a world-class, self-sustaining metropolis.

With infrastructure, luxury amenities, and now top-quality education, Hann Reserve is positioning itself not just as a real estate development, but as a magnet for families and professionals seeking a complete, global-standard lifestyle in the Philippines’ emerging urban frontier.
