Property developer Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation has officially launched its newest residential project, Pueblo de Oro Townhomes Carcar, in Barangay Can-asujan, Carcar City.
The 10-hectare development will offer about 910 townhome units, marking a significant expansion of the company’s presence in Cebu Province. The project aligns with Pueblo de Oro’s strategy to focus on mid-market housing in emerging urban centers outside Metro Cebu.
The Carcar development is part of the company’s broader ₱18-billion expansion program aimed at strengthening its footprint in key regional cities across the Philippines. The initiative supports the rollout of master-planned townships and residential communities nationwide.
Designed as a master-planned enclave, Pueblo de Oro Townhomes Carcar features modern Asian-inspired architecture, landscaped open spaces, and a cohesive streetscape. Units are designed to maximize natural light, ventilation, and efficient use of space to support everyday comfort and long-term livability.
During the launch, company president and chief operating officer Prim Nolido said Carcar is steadily transforming into a growing residential and commercial hub. He emphasized that the project reflects the company’s commitment to delivering quality communities tailored to local needs.
The site is accessible through major road networks connecting Carcar to Cebu City and nearby towns. It is also located near schools, public markets, and essential services, making it attractive to families and working professionals.
The launch comes amid sustained housing demand in Cebu’s secondary cities, driven by population growth and infrastructure development. Pueblo de Oro said it expects strong interest not only from local buyers but also from overseas Filipino workers.
Pueblo de Oro is part of the ICCP Group, which has investments in residential, mixed-use, and industrial developments across the country.
