    Lender reports higher gains in customer satisfaction

    Security Bank reported higher customer satisfaction in 2025 after streamlining key services and expanding digital options.

    The bank said enhancements to credit card installment and cash access services lifted satisfaction from 82 percent to 93 percent, driven by faster processing, clearer updates, and improved self-service features. Processing time for high-value installment requests was cut from seven to five banking days.

    Account opening was also simplified, reducing branch processing time by eight minutes per application and raising satisfaction levels to as high as 97–98 percent.

    Upgrades to the contact center improved response times and personalization, contributing to an 11 percent increase in satisfaction.

    The bank said the gains reflect its continued focus on simplifying processes, acting on customer feedback, and improving everyday banking experiences.
