L’Oréal ignites Filipina digital beauty revolution

In a world where a ring light can rival a storefront, L’Oréal Philippines is proving that beauty is more than skin deep. It is Wi Fi strong, algorithm savvy, and confidently entrepreneurial.

This March, in celebration of International Women’s Month, the company announced the nationwide expansion of its Beauty for a Better Life E Beauty Advisor Program. The initiative extends its reach to more priority areas across the country, transforming beauty into a gateway for digital inclusion and sustainable livelihood.

Fresh from graduation ceremonies in Bulacan, Baguio, Pasig, and Quezon City, more than 1,000 participants stepped forward as certified e Beauty Advisors. Many are mothers building second careers, women rediscovering their confidence, and aspiring entrepreneurs eager to claim space in the digital marketplace. Their tools are smartphones, storytelling skills, and a growing command of online platforms.

The program is mounted in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry and SPARK! Philippines, along with local government and academic institutions.

Together, they equip participants with training in content creation, branding, and enterprise development, helping micro, small, and medium enterprises thrive in an increasingly online economy.

Assistant Secretary Leonila Baluyut emphasized that the collaboration promotes economic empowerment for women, men, and members of the LGBTQ community by strengthening digital and entrepreneurial skills.

Country managing director Yassine Bakkari described the graduates as movers and makers of beauty in the digital space.

Corporate Affairs and Engagement director Krhizzy Pasigan affirmed the brand’s commitment to social inclusion, ensuring that more women step into visible and impactful online roles.

In this new era, beauty is no longer confined to a mirror. It lives in timelines, thrives in communities, and flourishes in the hands of empowered Filipinas ready to click publish.
