Maya has introduced a rebate program to help Filipino families in the Philippines who depend on remittances from relatives working in the Middle East. The program runs from March 23 to April 10, 2026, and covers remittances from nine countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel, Lebanon, and Jordan.
Under the program, users can get rebates on ATM withdrawals (₱18 per transaction) and InstaPay transfers (₱15 per transaction), easing financial costs for families.
Maya notes that the Middle East is a key remittance source for the Philippines, with 2.4 million Filipinos in the region sending more than US$6.4 billion in 2025.
