Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has acquired a 70-hectare property in Dasmariñas, marking its entry into Luzon’s fast-growing areas.
The site is located near Governor’s Drive and close to major roads like the Cavite–Laguna Expressway, making it accessible and attractive for development. The area already has strong housing demand, improving infrastructure, and nearby schools, hospitals, and residential communities.
CLI plans to turn the property into a large township mainly focused on housing for economic and mid-market buyers. The project is expected to deliver about 6,000 homes in several phases. It will also include commercial, institutional, and community spaces to create a self-sustaining neighborhood.
Initial development phases are scheduled to launch between 2027 and 2028.
CLI chairman and CEO Jose R. Soberano III said the move is part of the company’s plan to expand beyond its core markets in Visayas and Mindanao, bring its developments to Luzon, and support economic growth and job creation.
The Cavite project is part of CLI’s broader strategy to grow its land holdings in Luzon for future developments.
