BDO Life has been named the top insurance brand considered by Gen Z consumers at the 2026 Synergy–YouGov Awards, based on nationwide consumer tracking by YouGov BrandIndex in 2025.
The recognition came from surveys involving more than 3,000 Gen Z respondents, reflecting the growing interest of younger Filipinos in financial protection and future planning.
According to BDO Life vice presidebt and marketing head Shirlyn T. Book, the company aims to support more young breadwinners as Gen Z increasingly sees life insurance as an important tool for securing their future.
The award highlights the increasing relevance of insurance among younger generations, who now view it not only as a safety net but also as part of their long-term financial plans.
