With earnings per share at P0.2447, its shares trade at P0.315 — a 1.29x price-to-earnings ratio and just 10 percent of its P3.05 book value — a gap management aims to close through value realization.
Key projects include expanding Batangas’ Montemaria pilgrimage site into an integrated tourism estate, and pursuing renewable energy ventures via Simlong Energy Development Corporation in partnership with PNOC.
