Enterprise software provider HashMicro has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) operating system in the Philippines, betting that businesses are ready to move beyond experimenting with AI and begin embedding it into core operations.
The new platform, Hashy OS, integrates AI directly into the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystem, allowing organizations to access company data, automate workflows and execute business processes from a single digital workspace.
The launch comes as Philippine companies accelerate digital transformation efforts, but many still face challenges integrating AI into existing enterprise systems rather than deploying it as a standalone productivity tool.
“Businesses today are not struggling to access AI but to make it work cohesively within their organization,” said Lusiana Lu, HashMicro chief of business development.
“When AI systems operate in silos, teams still need to interpret outputs and coordinate actions manually. Hashy OS brings together AI coworkers, enterprise knowledge, and workflows into a single platform, enabling AI to collaborate across functions and support processes from start to finish,” she added.
HashMicro said disconnected AI tools often create operational bottlenecks by requiring employees to manually translate AI-generated insights into business actions. Hashy OS aims to address this by combining enterprise data, AI agents and workflow automation within a unified platform.
The system is built around four components. Nexus consolidates enterprise knowledge across business modules to generate context-aware insights. Coworkers automate operational tasks such as data analysis, reporting and cross-functional coordination. Hashy Apps allows companies to build customized AI applications with minimal coding, while Hashy Hub connects external software and services through the Model Context Protocol.
The company said the integrated approach can reduce inefficiencies, shorten deployment times and improve collaboration across departments, an increasingly important advantage as enterprises seek measurable returns from AI investments.
HashMicro serves more than 3,000 companies across the Asia-Pacific region, providing AI-enabled ERP, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, human resources and customer relationship management solutions for mid-sized and large enterprises.
