Aboitiz Foods via Pilmico Foods Corp. and the Philippine Army have renewed their joint Livelihood Assistance and Management Program (LAMP) for another five years.
Designed to support military personnel transitioning to civilian life, the expanded program now includes active service members and their dependents alongside retiring or separating personnel. Participants get hands-on training in agribusiness, poultry and hog raising, bakery management, feeds retailing, and The Good Meat Reseller Program.
Pilmico provides expert trainers, materials, and technical guidance. The Army handles participant coordination, venues, and logistics. Both will monitor progress and refine the program as it rolls out across Army camps nationwide.
Since 2018, LAMP has trained over 1,500 service personnel.
