More than 90 employees from the Jollibee Group and its brands—Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking, and Greenwich—joined the global International Coastal Cleanup here on September 19, 2026, collecting over 400 kilograms of waste from shorelines.
They were joined by 266 more colleagues in simultaneous cleanup drives across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, bringing total participation to over 1,100 volunteers nationwide.
Organized locally by SM by the Bay and led internally by the Jollibee Group Foundation and Human Resources, this marks the company’s second straight year taking part in the worldwide movement.
The effort advances the Group’s Joy for Tomorrow sustainability agenda, which targets 10,000 volunteer hours each year. Removing trash from coastlines protects fragile marine habitats and keeps our oceans clean—directly supporting the global mission of the International Coastal Cleanup, which mobilizes millions of people annually to safeguard waterways and marine life.
