The Securities and Exchange Commission ordered three entities to immediately stop soliciting public investments without required registration and licenses.
Named are L W Food Wholesaling (Yummy Inasal/Yummy Chicks, including its “Yummy Inasal Business Kasosyo PH” page), CRF Beauty Within Salon and Spa, and Amari Luxe Wellness OPC (Amari Luxe Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic), with owner Cecil R. Francisco included.
The SEC barred all officers and representatives from selling unregistered securities, moving assets, or handling related bank transactions—steps to protect investor funds.
Investigations confirmed none holds the necessary authority. L W Food is not even registered as a corporation or partnership.
L W Food sought ₱50,000 to ₱200,000 per investor with guaranteed high returns. CRF Beauty asked for ₱50,000 minimum, promising 10 percent monthly profit. Amari Luxe offered co-ownership with 10 percent to 15 percent monthly returns.
The SEC warned these operate like Ponzi schemes, using money from new investors to pay earlier ones. Selling securities without SEC approval is illegal under the Securities Regulation Code.
