FedEx Philippines has been named one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia for the fourth consecutive year, earning three additional honors for workforce transformation, sustainability and technology adoption.
The logistics company received the recognition at the 2026 HR Asia Awards, along with the People Transformation Award, Sustainable Workplace Award and Tech Empowerment Award.
HR Asia’s annual awards assess companies through its Total Engagement Assessment Model, which measures employee engagement, workplace culture and human resource practices.
The People Transformation Award recognizes organizations adapting HR frameworks to changing workforce needs. The Sustainable Workplace Award honors efforts to embed sustainability and environmental practices in the workplace, while the Tech Empowerment Award recognizes the use of digital technology to enhance employee capabilities and HR practices.
“We are intentionally building a workplace where our talent doesn’t just adapt to change, they lead it,” FedEx Philippines Managing Director Garrick Thompson said.
Thompson said FedEx is investing in digital tools, continuous upskilling and sustainability initiatives to give employees more opportunities to innovate and develop.
The latest honors add to a series of workplace recognitions received by FedEx Philippines this year.
The company was recently certified by Great Place to Work and received three honors at the 2026 HR Excellence Awards for cross-generational workforce engagement, performance management and employee retention strategies.
FedEx said the awards underscore its efforts to strengthen employee experience as workforce needs evolve alongside the growing use of technology and sustainability practices in its operations.
