Cebu-based construction chemicals company Treasure Island Industrial Corp. (TIIC) has expanded its rooftop solar facility by 727 kilowatts at its manufacturing plant in Mandaue City in Cebu. The 11,000 square-meter rooftop facility is in partnership with Vivant Energy Corp. subsidiary, Corenergy.
