GCash ditch SMS codes in major anti-fraud push

PLDT acquiring ownership of Radius Telecoms in fiber network deal

PLDT Inc. has entered into a share purchase agreement with Paragon Vertical Corp. to buy its 65.1 percent stake in Radius Telecoms Inc. Once the transaction closes, following required approvals from the Philippine Competition Commission and the National Telecommunications Commission, PLDT will hold 100 percent of Radius.
