    CAAP using new navigation/control system by month’s end

    The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has adopted an upgraded Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) system that it implements beginning 30 September this year.
