    “Only ETC-enabled vehicles may use the expressways”

    Motorists without valid electronic toll collection (ETC) devices or insufficient load will be barred from using dedicated ETC lanes starting 31 August this year, the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) said on Tuesday.
