    Cebu Pacific fuels growth in Cebu, carries 5.6M passengers in 2024

    Cebu Pacific (CEB) achieved a significant milestone on Monday, announcing that it flew over 5.6 million passengers to and from Cebu in 2024. This accounted for nearly 50 percent of total passenger traffic at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, which recorded 11.3 million passengers for the year.

    DOTr confirms EDSA Busway will  remain,  plans improvement with privatization

    The Department of Transportation (DOTr) confirmed on Friday that the EDSA Busway will remain dedicated to buses and will not be opened to private vehicles. In a radio interview, DOTr Secretary Jaime Bautista emphasized that the busway, which serves thousands of commuters daily, will not be removed but will undergo improvements through privatization of its operations and management (O&M).
