AirAsia Philippines named world’s most punctual low-cost carrier in July

AirAsia Philippines has kept its rank as the world’s most on-time low-cost airline for July, according to the latest report from global aviation data firm OAG. The carrier recorded an on-time performance rate of 94.42 percent, placing first among 46 monitored low-cost airlines worldwide. It also took second place in OAG’s All Airlines category for carriers running over 1,500 flights that month, outperforming many full-service airlines alongside its budget peers.
