Ground broken for NAIA Terminal 3 Station

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) held a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday for the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 Station, a critical piece of the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP).
