The Keeper Holdings Inc. said Tuesday it set aside P1.12 billion as cash dividend for shareholders of the listed liquor, wine and specialty beverage distributor on record Dec. 27.
The cash dividend, the company said, is equivalent to P0.077 per share, which is 41 percent higher than the cash dividend declared last year.
The cash dividend is equivalent to a dividend yield of around 5.3 percent and a payout of 50 percent the company’s core income in 2022.
Keepers, which is majority owned by billionaire Lucio Co’s Cosco Capital, has paid dividends to its shareholders without interruption since its Follow-on offer in 2021.
