Cebu Pacific revives piso sale promo to boost travel in 2025

Cebu Pacific, the lead budget airline in the Philippines, announced on Wednesday the return of its highly anticipated piso sale promo, aimed at encouraging more Filipinos to travel next year.

The promotional period runs from  9 to 13 October 2024, allowing passengers to book flights to select domestic and international destinations for as low as P1 one-way base fare, exclusive of additional fees and surcharges.

The travel window for this promotion spans from 1 June to 30 September 2025, providing ample opportunity for vacation planning. “Travel enthusiasts who missed out on the CEB Super Seat Fest in September now have another chance to avail themselves of value-for-money fares to their dream destinations,” Cebu Pacific said.

This year’s piso sale includes exciting new routes, featuring flights from Iloilo to Tacloban, Zamboanga, and Singapore, as well as from Davao to Hong Kong and Bangkok via Don Mueang.

With these additions, Cebu Pacific continues to enhance its extensive network, which covers 35 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

In a recent financial report, Cebu Pacific posted a net income of P3.54 billion in the first half this year, a slight decline from P3.74 billion during the same period last year.

However, the airline’s revenue increased significantly to P51.439 billion, marking an 18.1 percent rise from P43.55 billion earned last year.

Cebu Pacific boasts one of the youngest fleets globally, featuring a diversified mix of aircraft, including nine Airbus 330s, 40 Airbus 320s, 23 Airbus 321s, and 15 ATR turboprop planes.

The fleet enables the airline to maintain the widest network coverage in the Philippines, positioning it as a key player in the region’s aviation sector.

With the return of the piso sale, Cebu Pacific is set to attract more travelers looking for affordable flight options in the coming year, further solidifying its commitment to making air travel accessible for all Filipinos.
