CebPac launches direct flights to Chiang Mai

Cebu Pacific has officially inaugurated direct flights from Manila to Chiang Mai, further expanding its network in Thailand. The new route, launched on 29 October, significantly enhances travel options for passengers, offering a more efficient journey that reduces travel time.

“For years, Cebu Pacific has been dedicated to connecting Filipinos not only to essential destinations but also to popular places that were previously difficult to reach,” said Xander Lao, president and chief commercial officer of Cebu Pacific. “More than adding to Cebu Pacific’s growing network, the launch of the Manila-Chiang Mai route also serves as a testament to Cebu Pacific’s commitment to making air travel more accessible for every Juan.”

Travelers can also expect to save up to 64 percent on flight costs, thanks to the airline’s direct service. In addition to Chiang Mai, Cebu Pacific already operates flights from Manila and Cebu to Bangkok, providing options for both Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Airport.

Cebu Pacific serves 35 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, operating one of the youngest fleets in the world. Its diversified commercial fleet includes nine Airbus 330s, 40 Airbus 320s, 23 Airbus 321s, and 15 ATR turboprop aircraft, enabling it to maintain the widest network coverage in the Philippines.
